. Since we are a make to order brand we do not accept cancellations.
. Exchange / Replacement is only applicable on non personalised, non discounted or goods without any offer or coupon code.
. Exchange / replacement is not applicable on products with personalisation, customisation, discounted products or products bought using gift codes, discount codes , first time user discount code or free gifts.
. Goods should be in unused condition and with all packing, dust bags and tags to be eligible for an exchange / replacement
It is at our discretion to reject a return if it seems in a used condition, scratched, spoiled, missing any parts, packing or not fit for reselling.
. We do not offer replacement or exchange on Boots of height of 8″ or more (simply any boot over 6 inches in height). As these are rare sell and are completely made on order and can not be accepted back.
. Customised or Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances and are considered final sale as they are not our offering as stock products and personalised only for you and hence are not resalable.
. If customer found any manufacturing defects please update within 5 days of receiving the parcel. Goods should be returned in new and unused condition and along with all tags and original packing and free from any kind of scratches, wear marks or dust.
. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping of new product you want to exchange it for.
In case of a replacement once the product has passed the QC all shipping costs will be deducted (to & forth from the customer)
QC generally takes 3 working days from date of receiving the parcel back at the workshop.
In case we do not found the product to be in re-sellable condition or product shows sign of wear, damage etc product will be shipped back to the customer after receiving the shipping charges for the same.
. If product is damaged/ used or soiled it will not be possible for us to accept those products as returns and will be sent back to customer after receiving shipping cost for the same.
. In case of any manufacturing defect please reach out to us immediately and share pictures / video of the defect. We will replace the product (with same product and colour only) and will also pay for return shipping and shipping of the new product.
. Exchange is allowed only once. If a product is exchanged for some other product from the website then it will not be possible for us to exchange it again.
